Withdrawals

You're able to withdraw up to $/€5,001 a week (provided you win a network progressive jackpot – that's another story). If you win more than this, it'll be paid in instalments each week.
Before issuing any winnings, we may request ID. Occasionally even notarized documents if necessary.
If we request ID and you don't provide it within a reasonable time, your account may be closed and winnings voided.

One Account Only & No Funny Business

A single account per household, device, IP, or workplace. Having more than one may void your winnings.

Some Basic Bonus Rules

So here's the catch about bonuses — you can't cash them out. You can actually win real money using free chips or free spins, but when you go to withdraw, the bonus aspect of it will be deducted.
Just one bonus for each household, company, IP address, or account. If we spot multiple, we'll need to close down those additional accounts and withdraw any winnings or bonuses associated with 'em.
We can modify, cancel, or remove any bonuses or promo offers whenever we like, if necessary.
Also, if you don't spend your bonus in 60 days, it may expire. Certain promos may have even shorter timetables — we'll warn you when that applies.

Who Is Eligible for a Bonus (and Who Isn't)

You can only claim a single free bonus before your first deposit. If you claim more than one freebie prior to depositing, any funds you win from that will be forfeited.
In order to be eligible for a deposit bonus or promo, your deposit must be at least $35.
If you have a pending withdrawal, you can't claim another free bonus until that's either completed or canceled.
And don't forget — each bonus has a playthrough (a.k.a. wagering) requirement. You have to wager a certain amount on specific games before you can withdraw your winnings.

For example, if you play $100 on Slots, it will contribute fully to your wagering — i.e., the whole $100 goes in. However, if you play $100 on Video Poker, you can only get $20 of that counted. Live Dealer games count absolutely nothing toward wagering, and you can't even use bonus cash to play them.

Bonus Expiry & Cashout Rules

Some bonuses expire, so be sure to fulfill the wagering in time — otherwise, both the bonus and your winnings may be deleted.
Bonuses and promos can't be transferred to another person — they're yours alone.
Unless otherwise stated by us, there's no max cashout of deposit bonuses. But on no-deposit bonuses such as free spins or chips, you can cash out at a maximum of 5x the bonus amount. You have 30 days in which to redeem them, unless we specify otherwise.
You'll generally be required to play non-deposit bonuses 20x before cashing out.
Don't wager more than $10 per spin or hand using bonus funds — if you do, any such win on the bet can be canceled.
In case you've completed all the bets and ask for a cashout, we'll deduct any additional money above the maximum cashout limit.

Tournament Winnings & Wagering Rules

If you win from a free tournament (and didn’t use rebuys or add-ons), you gotta wager the winnings 50x before you can cash out. Also, the most you can cash out from those wins is $200.
If it was a free tournament with a rebuy or add-on, the most you can cash out is $500, and you’ll need to wager those winnings 10x.
If you joined a tournament with a real money buy-in (not free), your max cashout is $1,000.

How Tournament Play Works

All tournaments stop right on the set end time. If you're spinning when it ends, that spin won’t count.
You gotta use real money to enter — bonus funds don’t work for tournament buy-ins.
If your account isn’t allowed to use bonuses, you also can’t join slot tournaments.
If you lose connection during a tourney, the game won’t keep playing for you. If you reconnect in time, you can keep going — but if not, your current score stays as it is.
If a tournament gets canceled, we’ll send the buy-in back to your account.
Some tournaments need a password to get in. These are invite-only, and we’ll send the password through email, inbox, or live chat. If you sneak in without permission, we can cancel your entry.

Refunds on Credit Card Payments

If you fund your account using a credit card, we may return any withdrawals to the same card — but only for the amount you deposited. If you win more than you deposited, the excess will be returned via another payment method available in the cashier.
Refunds to your credit card are generally the quickest way to receive your money.
But, if for any reason a credit card transaction appears high-risk — such as if there's a legal or security issue — either our payments team or the card firm can flag it. In such a case, AGC will:
